We have a range of set packages comprising of tours that we have hosted previously, whilst they are set packages the fine details are customized to suit your group depending on a range of factors such as numbers, dates, flights and importantly the amount of time available to organize the tour. Ideally, you will need at least 6-8 months planning prior to departure to guarantee accommodation flights and all activity reservations at the best possible prices. Airline prices and government taxes fluctuate along with the value of a currency. Prices are subject to market forces and or can be subject to change depending on the current rates and exchanges. How do I book a tour?

The process of booking a tour is quite simple:

Step 1 Initial contact. 

Step 2 We Organize itinerary and Quotation.  

Step 3 Finalize details confirm bookings.

Step 4 Return documentation including Indemnity and code of conduct forms.

Step 5 Initial non-refundable deposits are accepted.
